Extremely disappointing behaviour from some of the utd fans at anfield, especially after the lovely moment at the start of the game for Ronaldo.
It just shows what a bunch of classless cunts a section of them are. I cant say im surprised; but they look like utter imbeciles following our 7th minute applause, plus we embarrassed them on the pitch.
I must say though, i was there and although i heard some of the chants it was not as bad as previous years.

Were you there? How on earth can you hear those chants, It’s all noise to me?
I was there and yes i heard the chants- although it was not as bad as in previous years. I was sat in the main stand 3/4 away down so not close to the away fans really, im sure if someone was sat in the Anfield Road stand they would be able to say more.

Bizarre that the job at United is one not a lot would want in the footballing world. How the tables have turned! There is an unbelievable amount of work to do there - won't be overnight but like someone said he'll be slaughtered after a few losses. Like you can clear the decks with the players but then you've got a massive rebuild of new players to integrate and set up. It's not an overnight job. Happy to see them win a conference cup or something in the next 10-12 years :sneaky:

As a Liverpool fan and many years of misery, it brings me great joy. Had an interview this am and the hiring manager was a Manc and he said no need for commiserations as he'd revelled in Liverpool's misery for years so I was allowed my moment of pompous gloat :p

Absofuckinglutely!!

I am absolutely LOVING what is happening to the Mancs. Like really really bleeping loving it. It could not happen to a nicer team and a nicer bunch of fans. Long may it continue is what i say. They ruined my childhood and early adulthood, i had to put up with so much tit from the cockney mancs when i was at Uni down south- ever had a cockney screaming murderer and bin dipper at you- horrible horrible twats.
Its a wonderful time to be a scouse bastard :)

I don’t check Reddit much but saw this post. I’m sure they’ll come back with “but but but 5-1” and yep It was obviously bleeping horrible losing that way. Gives me the fear thinking about it but hope they enjoy clinging to it.

My mates a WBA fan (she has good qualities that make up for her poor judgement) and I sent this to her and just got a “duck off” as a reply 😭😂.

How is everyone (my fellow LFC fans, and Everton fans) feeling about the derby tomorrow?
I am excited to be going; our little girl is going with me while my partner and our boy who are both Everton fans are also attending but will be sat with the away fans.
Do you think its going to be another massacre like against united, or Everton will put up a fight? Gordon should be up for it. Lets just hope Pickford doesnt assault Virgil again!!! lol.
Personally i think we will win and will win quite comfortably. Alot of people are saying because its a derby, form goes out of the window and anything can happen. And while i agree with that to a certain extent, i think the gap between the 2 teams is too big, and nowadays some players unfortunately dont really understand what a derby is full all about. I do hope its a good physical game with some cracking challenges, and that the atmosphere will be great.

TBH i am slightly worried about our games with Newcastle and Spurs, those are the 2 games i feel we could drop points. :)

Normally I’d be cautious about predicting derby results. But considering how good Liverpool are, how important the points will be (especially considering Man City also have an odds-on match where they could make up their goal difference), Everton are rubbish AND it’s an Anfield…. Sticky toffee drubbing.

I think we will comfortably beat Everton, but I don’t think it will be anything like the utd game. Utd players in their own words had nothing to fight for whereas Everton do. I have to say after years of utd fans taking the piss because I was a Liverpool fan I’m loving seeing them suffer now, couldn’t happen to a better bunch 😂

Haha 'Sticky Toffee Drubbing'- i love that.

I do think because the gap between us and Everton is so big, i just cant see anything else other than 3 points for us.

I just have a horrible feeling about the Newcastle and Spurs games that are coming up.

Although, as nice as it has been to dream i dont think we are going to win the league. I think we will win both the FA cup, and the European Cup, but deep down i do think City will win the league.

yeah Everton will still get thrashed but they'll at least try unlike our lads lol
you all prob have noticed I always try to look for positives, mine lately is 'well we've never won the europa conference thingy'

I think you'll do the quad, as I can't see you guys messing up. Unlike City

I don’t think the quad is realistic purely because I can’t see where city drop points going forward, the only games they potentially drop points is newcastle or wolves imo. They have the easier run as well, but after last season I think the fact that we have already won a trophy and are challenging for the remaining 3 is some achievement 👏🏼 However if Hodgson wants to make up for the years of torment I got back in the day then he could at least try and play for a draw today 😂

I'm expecting a loss to a unexpected team as it has happened this season for them, obv i'm hoping for ABL as they say 😂

A little bit off topic, but i always find using Hodgson as an example the perfect way to catch out a glory hunting twit.
When i suspect 'fans' of supporting us since 2019 i always make a point of saying something along the lines of "Roy Hodgson will always be my favourite manager" and that Harry Kewell is my all time favourite player, and the response they give usually shows them up!! :)

I agree with you (re) the quad; as much as i would love it, i just cant see us winning the league.
Are you also abit worried about our games coming up against Newcastle and Spurs? I am, i cant lie.

I’m not particularly worried about those games based on our form. Regardless of how we play these days we always seem to pull it back with multiple goals. I still believe that it could happen as city could easily drop points but I think it’s a lot more likely that they end up winning.
