Fleur DeForce #3 aka Fleur Du-Bye! She's on holiday in Dubai and faked being at home

All this coming out , will have completely ruined her time in Dubai . It won’t be the little relaxing break in the sun , without a care in the covid world .
It will be on her mind now , constantly thinking about it.
I bet she is really regretting it now .

she won’t give a damn what people online are saying about it. But she will care what people who know her in real life think. Will be playing on her mind . It has really shown her up.
 
I have a couple of friends in common with Fleur and quite a few of them have gone on holiday during the Christmas/lockdown period stating that they left the country. We were actually supposed to be going on a business/family holiday too however we cancelled - even though we were technically allowed to still travel. This have already caused a few rifts between my friends when I called them out.

Unfortunately there is always this sense of entitlement to some when it comes to family money (and I am saying this as someone in a similar position to Fleur) however it just doing sit right with me.
 
To me the whole travelling during a pandemic thing is so foreign. I’m over in Australia so it isn’t even an option - we are legally not allowed to leave the country and it has been that way since March. Even if we were I wouldn’t even consider getting on a plane. I am baffled by these influencers who think travelling is their birth right, why on earth do they need to get away? Clearly they have never had to wait for anything in their lives. I mean Fleur lives on a 120 acre estate and has already been overseas twice in the past 12 months, yet she still needed to get away? I always looked up to her because I started following her 11 years ago when I was in my mid teens ( I’m from a family of boys so it was a nice girly escape), but it is so incredibly disappointing. Is was such a calculated lie....

There are photos of it online on another gossip site. I think the Gossip Bakery or something like that and it is a historical landmark so it has been photographed for multiple things even a Christie’s catalog

There’s a house account in Yorkshire of an amazing detached Georgian house and she doesn’t work, it’s her husband bringing the money in. How? Inherited top role at family fish business and of course if you go on glass door it’s people saying they’re underpaid or overworked. It’s the Yorkshire homestead. She went on holiday to Dubai travelled from tier 3 into tier four (London) to get the plane to Dubai. She broke covid no travel rule going into tier 4 which has the new covid strain. She says in her ‘what I got for Christmas’ vlog that she wasn’t going anywhere and that they had cancelled a UK break. But never said she was going on holiday to Dubai. Her latest Instagram post was posted when she was in Dubai she was pretending to be in UK. She has lied to her massive followers. Deleted comments that she was in Dubai to try to hide she was even there. But she was spotted at the airport and on holiday at the hotel in Dubai. She has lied 🤥 to her followers she has been caught out. She has been selfish and broke covid laws travelling unnesscesrily in a global pandemic. Travelfrom tier 3 to tier 4. It would have been a tad ackward if UAE had suspended flights to UK because of this new strain. They would have been stuck in Dubai with a 3 year old. Not the most sensible thing to do at this moment when cases have sky rocketed. But wealthy people think they are above the law and can do as they please. As long as they get away for sun and relaxation. To hell with the hotel staff they may pass on the new strain of covid to. Even though they tested negative you can still be carrying covid it can be incubating. This is how covid has spread all around the world selfish people like Fleur travelling when there is a travel ban on non essential travel. People like Fleur are the reason why covid will go on for a long time yet.

I have contacted the brands she works for saying I will be boycotting them until they cut ties with Fleur.

I nearly lost a family member who caught covid in hospital. I have friends who are doctors and nurses, tough people who are on the verge of breakdowns due to what they are experiencing.

To think that Fleur knowingly put other people at risk is just sickening. She doesn’t care about anyone but herself, clearly. Yet would be the first one to moan if one of her family members died or got really sick due to Covid. She’s not the ‘Fleur from the block’ she likes to portray.

To go to Dubai was bad enough. To try and then cover it up by lying and claiming she didn’t know the rules is just total BS. The amount of time she spends on social media/the internet there is no way she couldn’t have known.

Her ‘apology’ is the final straw. As others have said, shes only sorry she got caught.
 
Been following Fleur for 10 years, yes her content and voice is boring and lazy but she seemed 'nice'. Ergh and Mike, what a snobby idiot. Im a lawyer and went to school with Fleur and Mike types. Let me tell you, generally, despite their privileged upbringing and education they are DUMB AS. Arrogant yes, intelligence no. Just well connected. The smart ones are the ones that get decent jobs and can sustain, the dumb ones (most arrogant) take over the family business - like Mike.

Anyways I've unfollowed and unsubbed. Its the lying that I can't get over. I always knew she wasn't as 'nice' as she portrays but the BS about 12.00 Boxing day and needing family time (with just the three of them like usual in their family home), the audacity to upload photo's from home as she apparently didn't want to film content (but did want to scroll camera roll for an old photo to upload) and the 'we tested negative so its ok' was just insulting for me to read. Does she think she is THAT privileged that we would just buy her BS lie. These influencers need to die a death, no morals, no shame and no concern to others.

Whats worse is I tested positive, due to no fault of my own; following the rules, working day and night and yet people like her travel the world, no consideratiom of others, outright lies and they seem to get away from any/all hardship!
 
I tend to just lurk over on the Lydia Millen Gordon thread but a quick couple of questions. I'm not defending or condemning as I like to say out of tit, hence rarely posting.

For people who are saying her apology isn't good enough, what did you want her apology to say? What did you want in addition to her apology?

People who are saying she doesn't care about the NHS because she doesn't use it, do you realise that she will still be paying towards the NHS via taxes? This puts less pressure on NHS (possibility of covid spread aside).

People do seem to get a real bee in their bonnet about privileged people using private health care and education but they don't seem to acknowledge that those people still pay towards state services despite not using them. If everyone who could afford to not use the NHS stopped using it a lot of NHS pressure would be relieved.

If this was an ordinary family, who lived in a small house and who had scrimped and saved all year for this family hoilday, would you feel differently to now?

Do you think that every influencer should disclose every holiday that they go on?

Yes, this is completely correct. About 100 private ICU beds in Central London I think (please correct if I'm wrong).

A lot of my points are general NHS points as opposed to covid based. Should Fleur, Mike or River catch covid and need hospital treatment they would need to use NHS provision as I imagine they aren't close enough to a private ICU to use one.

I don't come from a particularly special background but I did get a scholarship to go to a boarding school for my sixth form years and there were loads of students who had homes like that (and a couple even had family castles up in Scotland in addition). I admit I did feel a bit out of place over there, but it's not like any one looked down on me for my background.

Again, I still don't condone the holiday, I just don't see what the general fuss is about regarding her home. Is she supposed to apologise for what she has? It's more important that she genuinely apologises for being irresponsible enough to travel in the midst of a global pandemic.

🤣🤣🤣🤣It has been said over and over it is about how incredibly comfortable her lockdown is compared to most but she still needed the holiday. Come on!

they shouldn’t be going on holiday during a bloody pandemic!! So whether it’s her or Sandra down the road yes I would judge.

Fleur deliberately tried to hide this and even deleted comments about it. She only apologised because she was caught.
