Fleur De Force #10 This one should see us through til 2030

I know she put plastic wrap on the table first, but I still hardcore cringed when she put the food directly on the table. 😭🙈

Just...why? It's a formal party. Get some trays lol...

I was surprised that she bought her meats and cheeses for a Christmas party at Costco. I know groceries have gotten expensive and it would have probably been astronomical to shop at the butcher or a gourmet cheese store but it’s the holidays. I imagined the Bells to be more bougie.

The fabric she used to cover the bar was pretty. I don’t know why she would use such a light-colored fabric that’s in a place where people are drinking alcohol and prone to spill. Good way to stain and ruin the material.

It was disappointing that she didn’t even share a few clips from the party. There are ways of retaining privacy and showcasing the energy of a party. After all these years, her subscribers are just her customers. She shows the bare minimum and only to fulfill sponsorships, keep getting invited to brand events and to sell her own jewelry line. It’s a shame because Fleur has such a great life. It feels selfish not to share more.

I'm honestly surprised she didn't get it catered, especially with two kids and holding it on a Friday.

I don't know how many people actually attended but it didn't look like that much food... Plenty of picky bits but if I was invited to a comparative party I'd except canapes or even something like those individual cheese boards that go on top of your wine glass.

I especially loved how she covered the table in plastic wrap then dumped a manky great candle in the middle for all the food to touch.

I’m far from a germphobe, but those share food platters will almost certainly get you sick with everyone’s hands all over them, especially at this time of year.
I just know the first bit of fruit I'd pick up would taste of bleeping ham and that'd be the end of it for me! They're unhygienic and wasteful in the extreme.
Someone else mentioned the cheese boards she always did and that's much more my speed.

That was me, and yeah those were much nicer. But now that everyone and their mother does charcuterie boards, Fleur obviously has to be bigger and better with her unhygienic spread. She was happy with her smaller cheese boards for the big Christmas party they always do. Not anymore.

A grazing table like this looks disgusting to me. Just set up a buffet, with everything in its own bowl or on a plate. It's not like she has to worry about the washing up.

Yessss, glad I'm not the only one. It looks so unappetizing. It's literally lunch meat on a table.

so wasteful and unhygienic.

Exactly! So wasteful and gross. I guarantee they didn't eat all of it. The table still looked pretty cluttered the next day...
