This is just because she has is extremely lean and so there's basically not even any fat in her boobs at this point and so the implants are very visible.

Wow I haven't seen her in ages! How on earth is she going to cope with how her body changes during pregnancy when she seems to have suffered with gaining any form of weight post-competing for YEARS.
