That’s so funny!

just need to brighten the room up to clinical grade brightness and add in mooing cattle into the background!.

I think the main reason Josie does Pilates is to mingle with others at daylesford. If she was really that keen she would have her own reformer and subscribe to one of the online classes you can take . Notice how she tends to only do chloe’s classes - chloe being Ella woodwards tutor and very well connected .

Who is Ella Woodward?
 
She’s part of the Sainsbury’s family .

meanwhile a friend of mine is having felt replaced on her Cotswolds cottage. For perspective it’s very small 700 sq ft . She needs new felt and batons and it’s costing 12k . Apparently this has to be done every 25-30 yrs . It’s a one bed cottage!. Can you imagine the bills Josies in for to re felt the size roofs they have? Both the rectory and the coach house . I’ve guesstimated taking out one floor of the house to make it fair that the house pans out (with La las included ) for the purpose of the roof quote at 7,000 square feet so if my maths are correct I think when Josie comes to redo the felt she’s going to need to find over 120k to do it 😂

More fool her I’m sure many advised her and her mother not to buy that property it’s a money pit not to mean the listing laws which I’m sure Ella you will keep her on her toes along with the authorities, the roofs the pond it’s a headache I’m glad I don’t have

whatever happened to the roof or was it ceiling ( 🤷‍♀️) that Josie said was going to collapse if not replaced? this was a while ago. She never mentioned it again...

well apparently their boys/children (aka the dogs) helped them to decide to buy their current house...🥴😂

I remember her mentioning the ceiling in the snug or whatever they call the room off the kitchen. She also mentioned that they had it fixed. It was indeed a while ago.

I think she’s secretly promoting daylesford candles . I’m surprised she didn’t burn her arm prepping the food and showing the fire log candle. Then she lit the other candle with daylesford matches , with branches hanging into the candle which is a fire hazard !

It’s interesting I think now that time has past and Josie hasn’t invited Leo to anything and Leo hasn’t followed through with the offer in passing for Josie to go to Majorca (unless I dreamt that offer up!?)

Josie was going to play padel with Leo at the club in her new varley , that also didn’t happen .

now I think Leo would jump at any invite which could bring her more followers , hence I can only assume it is Josie not wanting to invite Leo

mayne Leo annoyed Josie by using her .
