I was going to call this out I was like does Josie have an industrial earth mover for this project. Then I realized that she was just dumb.

Honestly at this point I would believe that they just had 60kgs delivered:rolleyes:

Garden designer here. It's really not that much for a garden the size of the Old Rectum. It won't go far at all.
 
Oh wow I’m just watching the latest flog… anyone else notice the colour of her molars… she she had new smaller veneers fitted. They are not slipping out so much and she isn’t slurping and gulping so much …

Oh and can I just say Joho … show some respect to someone you do not know… even if you are jealous her.. her name is HRH Catherine Cambridge or the Duchess of Cambridge. So rude.. clearly she did not learn manners at school or from her parents
… then maybe that’s just me who was brought up to show respect to elders and others

How big is the volume of 6 tons of compost (please in cubic metres or litres, I can't imperial system). I know that 6 tons of sand wouldn't be that much volume wise, because the grain is so small, so less big "holes". Is compost compacted when deliveered? Probably?!

Compost /top soil is often sold in 'bulk bags' which are 1000kg. It's not compacted except by its own weight.
5 bags would cover just 5x5 metres at a depth of 15cm.
 
I don't want to seem nitpicky, I just know AmaliaLiana likes numbers. But they didn't put it on the whole parcel. They just did their borders.
I went from what I know, my parents' garden is bigger than theirs, and I've never hear any of the gardening team talk about tons of compost but I must have been wrong and I totally believe Miscanthus as she's a professional.

Chav Chav is the estate manager (yes, these are the exact words used by Josie).

Goodness me, don't you see how much work that entails? Antique book shopping, antique furniture shopping, knife care, wearing tight clothes with wellies... there's just not enough hours in the day!

Chav is the estate manager but that does not involve taxing the estate vehicles…. His main function/purpose is to be the influenza plus one, when required …. And be his odious and obnoxious self thus making Joho look sweet and mannered.

SK Chav finding another victim … he’s a t*t …. Clearly furious the young tree survived the wind …the photo still doesn’t fully show his wanking back and forth of the poor tree!

I immediately knew I disliked Charlie when he arrogantly put down Salem, Massachusetts as not worthy to visit. I love it there! He’s such a square of course metaphysical shops and quirky charm is totally lost on him. He doesn’t deserve to be living in a home with such an interesting backstory.

It's strictly a tonne (spelling) and the bulk bags are 1000kg. Other than buying loose it's the common way to buy large quantities.
I'm not sure what I can say other than it's nothing special. You can Google compost or soil or bark and see this is. I am a qualified garden designer and have been working for 15 years (it's my second career).

I just can't get over the fact that he is "explaining" to an audience of women probably mostly old enough to be his mother, who knew all that stuff about cooking, kitchen utensil maintenance etc before he was born. What a presumptuous up himself idiot...

I think Chav was there on a once in a lifetime … family holiday … a retirement gift perhaps … grace and favour … or they won the lottery .. he is not from money. Joho and Lala were Merry Widows spending the life insurance etc following her dad’s death… I think living life to the max… as you never know the minute
