Honestly I think Karma is okay as a name. It’s a bit silly and fake deep but that’s the family brand, isn’t it. After a while of hearing a name people always adjust, no matter how strange it is. And the sound itself is quite pretty IMO.
Koa bothers me more just because it’s so much emptier, I almost feel like they chose it to match Karma. Oak/Koa being anagrams would put me off the name, not make me choose it
. At least Karma is a word in English, Koa is taken from a culture and language they have no connection to and know nothing about except what they’ve read from a baby name website lol. It seems so inauthentic and not how I’d personally go about naming a child.
