OK so apparently there's a problem with Mias visa and can't stay in Spain so is staying in Gibraltar until then
Edited to add....how does she not know that Gibraltar is actually part of the UK. For such experienced travellers you'd think they'd know that. Saying its like a warmer Britain.....well that's because it is! Same as there's other little islands far from the UK that are still part of the UK.

She really is something else. Absolutely ridiculous. Embarrassing moments do happen, but it’s how we react to them that show who we truly are. It sounds like she reacted like a child to the whole event. Then sharing it? I think she just couldn’t wait to find a ‘reason’ to tell the internet she was naked round a boy tbh. How naughty and rebellious of her?! (Please note the sarcasm).
Also ridiculous how they’ve managed to get to a week before Xmas before realising they haven’t sorted visas out properly. I wonder if the rest of the offspring were eligible under a family visa but she hasn’t been eligible since she’s over 18. She’s got to be in a different visa to them if it’s only impacting her. And/or, she’s spent too long in the Schengen Zone already? Another thing could be to do with the fact that they’re earning money but probably not on visas that allow you to work in Spain. Also tax avoidance.
Either way, who wants a bet they will move to Gibraltar next?

literally ! like it doesn’t matter how many stick man pictures or pasta glue pictures your kids give you for christmas you act like it’s the most wonderful amazing gift in the world because they took the time to do or choose it for you , the present is making them feel good.
she’s only 13 , all that little girl probably wants to do ireally is find some friends and make up dance routines and be excited for gymnastics competitions with them and do all the silly things 13 year olds do, but no she’s dragged from pillow to post and forced to go shopping at the same shops and malls with a camera over and over again
she’s got no one to talk to about this because they don’t let her build any meaningful relationships out side of their weird little cult.
i feel sienna would do amazing in school not just for education but for interacting with different type of people but we know they won’t allow that because god forbid she learns to have thoughts of her own and can’t be controlled by haggard old georgie and darren who’s only goal in life is to have a yacht.

I don’t know much about the situation, but I watched a bit on Mia’s story and ngl, I think it’s good for her to live one and get to understand how it it away from her family and hopefully grow a bit more now that she has full responsibility. The situation sucks yes for sure, but maybe it’s a very good learning experience for her and she gets to grow up and grow away from her family and to see it’s not all to bad to not be brainwashed by them

Non of their content is real time - even on Snapchat it's pre filmed & scheduled. They also drag on story lines to create more time for them to film other things while building views.
They'd already moved to Spain & had been there for over 2 weeks before announcing it, You can stay in Spain for up to 90 days w/ out a visa so they must of been there for atleast 3 months before Mia needed to move - the moving announcement was 2 months ago, house tour was 2 & only just talking about Mia so that must of happened a few weeks ago.
G & D were previously normal ppl who drank and smoked etc. then all of a sudden turned strict vegans / extremely focused on minimalism then once they got rich enough decided to be extreme maximalists that don't care about the environment or nature but still hyper fixated on health & wellbeing as well as everything must be designer and expensive.

The only reason I bring it up is because the stories mentioned her unpacking from her trip away and getting ready to film a Christmas Eve vlog with her family. I could be wrong though.
It’s 90 days in total within a 180 day period. So if they’ve been in Spain or other Schengen countries other times during the year that also counts in the 90 days. Not sure if it’s changed but that was the rules when I lived there years ago. Since Mia has travelled a lot this year she has probably exceeded 90 days in the Schengen zone

Is Mia’s visa taking longer because she has a different last name and needs permission from her birth dad or anything like that? I thought if she were to have her birth dad’s last name, it would be a lot more difficult to get a visa seeing as she needs her birth dad’s permission as well? Might be wrong though.

I wouldn't have thought that would matter now as she's over 18?
I really assumed they would have moved there only once long term visas were sorted but clearly not. It seems they applied for such visas once they arrived and at least M (if not all of them) entered Spain on a tourist visa originally and then her long-term one took longer to process. It could be because she’s an adult which impacted her ability to apply as part of the family… maybe?
I agree with people that the experience was probably good for M. At least she’s with her family for Christmas now but she definitely seemed confident to go off on her own. Travelling, proper travelling, could be the making of her! She does seem ready and I will admit, the parents were not acting overly clingy in their recent video, in regards to having the part ways with M. They seemed confident in her abilities to take care of herself which I was happy to see. At this point, seeing M on her own travel adventures would be great compared to stagnant life in Spain.
Edit to add: I really enjoyed their Fizzier video, exploring Gibraltar. They are so much more enjoyable to watch when they are exploring and not just shopping, unboxing and exercising!

Wonder if it's like in the UK where if your in the country and apply for a visa/change on a visa you have to stay there until it's sorted? I work with people who left during their visa application and had to then pay a fine when they came back. Or someone whose visa application was filled out wrong and was told they couldn't save the country till it was sorted, they said this could take upto 6 months as well
