I don't blame him for this crash but all the hype Toto put on him just because he couldn't have Max. He should let him develop in f2 for at less one more season before putting him in F1. It could potentially ruins his career, especially if Mercedes is back at the front next season.
Oh they just saw a replay of an interview of George from yesterday were he said he will just ask Kimi to not crash his car. It didn't age well.
To add to this, it probably doesn't help that they put him on soft tyres from the start of the session on a track where the asphalt is new and no one knows how it will behave
