this is so lovely - i absolutely love how emotive italian is 🥲

and that absolutely should have been me even though if the cameras had cut to me at the point i would have been literally on the floor weeping and also probably holding a glass of wine (the wag thread would hate me 🤣)

It's too much 😭 the mentions of his dad and Jules 😭

I wish they showed his mum or even his brothers at the end instead of Alex. When they inevitably break up she will be part of this footage forever 💀

exactly! i would have much preferred to see his mum (i know arthur was down with the mechanics) - i’m always ick about centering your current partner in a big moment like this because they’re always going to be part of it (if it’s your partner of decades or something then cool but otherwise i am very cynical)

Well, I think I've cooled down a little after Charles win today. Even got a tiny rainshower with some thunder.

I have a date with an exceptionally slow pit crew tomorrow, to finally get rid of my winter tyres. The shame I felt when my police-neighbour sat outside and judged me while carrying them into the car was worse than Kevin should have felt earlier today 😂 (They were supposed to be changed the week after easter and if stopped in a control its a huge fine😅)

I hope to wake up to some really drunken videos of Charles cebrating as a King, but more classy than the Checo ones.
And I hope to see Pierre and Max carry him into a taxi, or even better, all the way back home😂 Just as drunk, ofc.
