would say non apart of the podium - doesn’t he need to get changed and ready for the posh Prince Albert dinner? But after the pics are taking there is nothing stoping him - but I doubt we get to see a repeat of a drunk Checo leaving a yacht in the morning (hopefully)

The Prince is excusing him for being wasted at the table today. I'm sure he'll be inviting Charles to take shots to celebrate. He is after all a former athlete, and know a little about what this must mean to Charles
