I wouldn't be a fan of Ekin, bit indifferent to her really but I feel a bit for her.



She just got it totally wrong. She came out, again, playing the sexy character and it fell flat on it's face. This is dancing on ice, no-one wants to see you acting. They want to see you skating.
She acted her way through love island and got the win so approached this with the same idea. She would of been better off being herself.

Dont you think its also the choerographers issue too? They are responsible for the routine. Hes been on it before. Surely he should have known she did actually need to skate...
 
Yeah I don't think Ekin is that bad on the ice so I don't understand why she wasn't skating more. A big misjudgement by the choreographer and if people genuinely thought that was her skin not a skin coloured leotard (🙈🙈), well that's actually a failing on the wardrobe department for not realising their audience don't have a clue.

The team horribly misjudged it all.

She's not amazing but I don't think she was bad enough to be in the skate off.

Pretty sure the pro doesn’t choreograph the routines. They have a choreographer, Dan Whiston, an ex DOI pro.

I don’t see Ekin going home for a while, even if she continues to be the skate off

Totally agree. Patsy was worse than Ekin i thought

Really?? I'm half expecting her to go home now... depends who she's up against though I suppose!!

Have any other islanders done anything of note this week!? Did Danica do anything else cringy!? How about Antigoni!? Faye!? I'm just conscious of how dominated this thread is by Ekin.... I was even giving out about it myself 😬😬

No, I think they’ll save her for a couple of weeks at least
 
Just saw a few clips of the dance and I couldn’t watch anymore it cringed me out. However I’m not a DOI fan anyway so could have been anyone doing it. Agree with above poster that she’s probably trying to play a character again.

I was just watching some clips for JD YouTube with Chloe in them, I wasn’t sure what was going on (think they’re meant to be quite similar to the foot asylum ones Chunkz and yung filly used to do) but she is very funny, effortlessly. She also comes up on my snap a lot and comes across really well. I wonder how she’s so close with Millie and Lucinda because they don’t seem as nice as her from the limited bits I see of them.
