That's why I watched it. I'd watched mamma mia 2 with his awful few lines of singing. (Thank heavens they cut them down after the first film) Then watched this after and his Icelandic accent is a bad Welsh accent ! Lucky he's got the looks.

As a single mum I used to tell my kids when they were little if I wasn't here one day after school, Pierce had finally seen the light and come to get me to be with him for ever....I still say it now to them....now at 16 and 20 I just get an eyeroll and told to shut up.

Loved it, just watched it last night.

I like the idea of leaving offerings for the elves. Bit like the little shrines in Thailand with all the red fanta placed in front of them.

Only thing wrong with it was Pierce Brosnan! Guess he was there just to make the famous names up. He couldn't seem to decide whether to do a Scottish or a Welsh accent, even when he was supposed to be speaking Icelandic. Just rubbish

I started watching with my husband he said it was rubbish turned it over to scarface. I will watch it on my own soon

I thought the whole thing was great but felt that Will was just too old to play the part he played. He should have cast a younger actor and stuck to writing it. Or cast himself as the Dad. That was the only thing that spoiled it for me.

I watched this at the weekend with low expectations and actually quite enjoyed it, few good jokes in there and I liked the songs too

My mother in law said the same thing but I thought it was part of it, until I realised there is a 12 year age gap between him and Rachel McAdams, so there is no way they would have grown up together! I love Pierce. Even though he's terrible in everything he's just so watchable!

Late to the party didn’t think I would like it but I loved it. Really enjoyed it and it was much needed light relief.
