I actually loved Malta and their sax, and the Dutch couple should be shagging if they aren't already.

I really wasn't feeling it this year but as soon as I switched on the semi final last night I started getting into the Eurovision mood!

I didn't realise Hannah was the shame nun in GoT until I read it just now I thought I hadn't seen anything she's been in, but looking at her IMDB I also remember her from Sex Education. She kind of reminds me of Petra Mede as a host.

I think having Alesha as a host makes it feel a bit too X-Factor-y

A lot of the interval bits felt a bit disjointed and the hosts seemed to lack charisma together

A lot of the songs were enjoyable but very mid

Unsurprisingly I do wish there was more Ukrainian representation in general

I actually like Alesha but I absolutely agree. And you’re right about the lack of Ukrainian representation ( unless they’re saving it for Saturday)
I’m feeling a bit underwhelmed too. I’ve only seen bits and bobs so far, so maybe the final will improve. I’m pretty surprised Loreen is such a strong favourite- I think the song is a bit meh.
