No pretty much the whole of Europe can vote by text. It’s just us that can’t.

The BBC say it's impossible to verify all the votes in time which means either fake ones could slip through or real ones aren't counted - either they are inept compared to other broadcasters or other countries don't care as much about that, take your pick!
