Nothing is more gross than using your sick child for content, comments and likes. I get raising awareness about childhood illnesses and her wanting to talk about it, but she could have done that in a way that respects her young child’s dignity. The poor baby half dressed in a vulnerable position plastered all over Instagram and not a single person calling her out
