After seeing those photos of teen Estee I'm honestly impressed she doesn't have more stretch marks and her boobs aren't as saggy as they could be. I don't know if she was actually obese ad BMI is a load of BS but she was definitely much heavier and the skin keeps track of the changes most times.

If she dressed for her shape, I don't think we'd even notice her sagging boobs because they'd be properly supported.

I think that horrible bikini top actually pushes the "fold" down and makes it looks worse than it is - if she worse something that fits her - not only in that pic but generally - she would look so much better. I also suspect she has soft breast tissue which looks squishy faster - nothing wrong with that, nothing to be done either, it's just nature, but nature didn't put that bikini on her.
Same as nature didn't give her that horrible dye job.

I grew up obese up until 18, and then switched eating disorders. Because I was fasting a lot ( ✨ autophagy✨), I never had lose skin/sagginess. On the other hand, even if she had them, it's probably easy for her to fix them (morpheus, hifu, ems sculpt, peeling, laser pen, so many options !).
