Yes it's available for anyone who needs it. Generally speaking it's used for people who literally need physical help getting through the airport, like wheelchair users, limited mobility, older people, people undergoing treatments that limit their abilities etc. But I guess a mam with a child who has additional needs who have loads of luggage do need help to get through the airport. The sensory room is a seperate booking that can be used without the whole airport assistance thing. Your colleague should apply for the daa lanyard. When staff see it they reach out to help u go through fast track etc.

They're obvs falling over her cos I'd say she was bawling down the phone to them n all but I will say I booked the sensory room recently. They replied within 10 days and we're travelling in 8 weeks.

God love Erin, Platinum services in the airport isn’t open so she had to pay the airport staff to help her with while she pushed her gifted buggy onto a flight that shes booked 4 seats out for her and Harzo so they could go see uncle Conor on his yacht. Me heart bleeds for her so relatable
 
I’m so glad she had a delightful experience. And was able to capture lots of picture perfect memories.
It’s obviously who you know. My friend travelled on Wednesday with her two kids and both are special needs and it wasn’t such an easy experience for her. One in a wheelchair and booked via special assistance but wasn’t what was required when it came to boarding and the other was for an autistic child. My friend was in tears at the gate wondering how she would get both kids on the plane.

Both had the lanyards but that doesn’t mean a thing really compared to Erin’s VIP experience. Which I’m sure the brother paid for via the “closed down” platinum service😂😂 Before anyone shoots me down. I’m well aware after travelling the last few weeks that there is a VIP process still happening (slightly less glam but still there)

Would your friend complain? Or you on her behalf? At the end of the day we are all paying customers and Aer lingus and Dublin airport either offer a service or they don’t. It’s unacceptable. Erin cojld comfortably afford to pay for help, She’s used Conor’s private plane before so why not now!
She had other options unlike the average person flying. It infuriates me to see her get special treatment.

Edit to add I’m delighted help is there I just think it should apply across the board and not because someone has a public profile

She sent an email to the DAA but nothing back yet. I don’t think she was the only one either as she was saying two elderly ladies ended up with no assistance getting on the flight even though it was booked. But you are right that she does get extra treatment and we know why. I reckon if she had a bad experience she would be all over SM complaining about it

This must be at least the 4th time she has been away in the last 6 weeks, god love her.
Not mentioning the nights out in the Black Forge with the family!!!!

When she gets back, the house will be probably be all clean for her, by the cleaner, god love her, you know how she likes to do everything herself in the house 🤣
 
We flew out yesterday. One of our party has special needs and got a special flyer lanyard and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Top of the line at check in, through fast past at security and top of the line when boarding the plane if we so wished. Couldn’t fault them at all and we are just normal joe soaps.

I can’t believe all the thick’s who follow her still fawn over her like she’s one of them. I’d love to go off on my jollies every few weeks but who has the freedom to do that even if they can afford it. Must be hard on the little lad too not knowing where his mam and dad are and being around those loud cunts that Erin calls her family. I can’t help thinking her chaotic lifestyle is holding that child back. Not saying she shouldn’t have holidays but kids, especially those with AN need structure and routine. Seems to be none of that in her life.

I think you would want to rephrase that, she goes every few weeks, that’s once every 3 or 4 weeks. 🤣🤣🤣

She goes away every few days, she does be only back & gone again by the following Friday etc

Don't think Ter bothered to do research on Mia dental . They are known for their tit work.
I know a few who got their veneers done there through the years and nothing but complaints.

Just looked them comments are posted on Facebook by the look of the comment box. She doesn’t even articulate herself well enough in her replies to make sense. If Harry is so unpredictable and prone to meltdowns why does she insist on shoving the phone into his face during these journeys he finds so stressful?

She does herself no favours when she just has to get her recordings in whilst stating the slightest thing can set him off. If my Ma morphed into an entirely new person once she turned the phone on that would upset me let alone turning the camera onto me who’s trying to remain calm in an unknown environment.
