It's a civil case, he's not going to 'go down' ... this is about money /damages for the girl who was assaulted, he won't actually be found guilty, but could be found liable, which will mean he will have to compensate the girl. Fair play to her for pushing it... although I do wonder who is financing her, because civil cases are not cheap, and she's taken a huge risk.. he's absolute scum, as are all of his siblings, none more so than Erin... foul mouthed, common as muck.. as for Dee... Jaysus, she must love the luxury lifestyle, if it was my man, his arse wouldn't hit the ground as I tossed him to the kerb!

I have followed the case this week, also knew about it back in 2018, also followed the allegations in the states and the UK, I did not question if this girl gave him permission to make her feel like she was being killed! And it was not the comment I had commented on! I commented on the fact that Dee has be posted online by him numerous times, coked, drunk, giving him blow jobs etc etc.. she is his partner! I said if he had any respect for her he wouldn't do and if she had any respect for herself she wouldn't let him do or agree to do anything with him that could be recorded....

You just answered your own question! I am Not blaming her! Everyone is saying why is she still with him why doesn't she leave! I am saying if she doesn't then she is publicly condoning his behaviour... go back to everyone else's comments about Dee and comment on their posts! If you stand by a rapist in my opinion then you are no better! Doesn't mean I am blaming her I am stating a fact!

What if she's not strong enough? Why cant he leave if he doesn't respect her?
No one knows what goes on behind close doors - he's already assaulted her numerous times ! She must be absolutely terrified -shell never get away from him unless he's 10ft under
