That’s not her not accepting his diagnoses Its her being a selfish twit and making everything about her. If she was struggling to accept it maybe actually attend to her child’s needs rather than getting a nanny to do it like all other parents with children of additional needs. He’s 8 now I think. Time to cop the duck on and be a parent and stop resenting her child

She's made his diagnosis all about her and how it affects her. How she can't do this or go there. No empathy for little Harry and how he must feel. She spends the day in bed feeling sorry for herself after a birthday party because Harry doesn't want to play outside. We get its hard but if it's affecting you to the point you are distancing yourself from your child then go see a therapist and cop the duck on. Your son needs you. But she won't because she's a strong woman and doesn't need it apparently. Imagine how she would cope in the real world.

Don't know why your quoting me I agree with all that!. Think that other poster took me up wrong. I hate the way she resents his autism its hard to witness. Takes to the bed when Harry has a bad day. Ridiculous.
