Someone who has absolutely no sense of financial responsibility. Their spending habits are way out of whack, she’s tight as assholes with anything for the kids but splurges on absolute rubbish for herself and sometimes, and only by association, John.

Never ever buys those kids anything new - all second hand (nothing wrong with that!) or in the sale.
Buys herself replacement Lego parts with ridiculous shipping just so she can change up the centres of some plastic flowers?? Then goes on a spa day.
