If Dawn is so hysterical why doesn't she rent herself a flat away from Home Farm? Oh no, she can't, because she's a jobless sponger who has got her feet very firmly under the table, along with her bratty kids. A few years ago she was a junkie prostitute, she should be thanking her lucky stars she and her brood get to live - for free! - in opulence an a country pile, along with a no doubt well paid job for Billy. Who the actual duck does she think she is speaking to Kim like that? Even if Kim HAD been in a business meeting, so bleeping what? Kim is a successful businesswoman, how does Dawn think that Home Farm keeps running, by Kim shaking a magic money tree?

Queen Kim should sling them all out, Will included. Let Baby Jane have him, they can all go off and live in poverty for all I care. Maybe then they'd all realise how fortunate they were to have had Kim Tate in their lives.

Then Kim should find herself a hot toy boy instead of that lumbering great oaf who brings duck all to the table.

(In case it wasn't obvious, Kim is my favourite character, closely followed by Moira)

Absolutely 100 percent. Get Kim away from these pathetic characters.
 
Sorry but how gullible are these characters the worst thing about Amy spouting off to the wrong person was that she actually thought that 20 odd year old was called Les 😂 and Moira thinking Samson was going to tell the truth! Even if she went in with him he still would have said she was threatening him or whatever , I do like Moira though and want Samson to get his comeuppance!

Ruby because she is married to Caleb and Caleb is the son of the late Frank Tate. So they believe Kim's money is rightfully Caleb's.

Ruby is paying Rose to stir up trouble but no idea whether Ruby and Rose knew each other before Rose came to the village or if Ruby just saw a chance to get her to do her dirty work because Kim has been a mother to Dawn lately.

Also after Ruby found out about Caleb & Tracey, Ruby wanted to join forces with Kim to get revenge on Caleb but I can’t remember if Kim initially led her on to believe they were going to work together and then humiliated her or just said no from the outset.

I just recall Ruby asking Kim to help her but can’t remember the details

I think they could be related. Like half/step sisters that didn't really see or know each other in previous years hence why Will twig on that they know each other x
