I’m already sick of the who dunnit I hope the story doesn’t drag.

I'm a bastard because I think all three teens should have died in the crash. It would have had such an impact and created lots of interesting storylines. Bob dealing with more dead kids, Nicola dealing with her only biological child dying etc etc.

It's more realistic too, we've had a handful of IRL teen-car-crash stories recently.

Me too, no talk of examinations for seat belt marks on them both or fingerprints on the wheel etc, the police are nowhere to be seen either.

Exactly this! They'd only have to run a DNA test on the blood on the air bag to find out who was driving at the time of the crash

I'm not usually picky on people's acting skills but Angelica is crap , she has the same monotone voice and straight face. Even in the after crash scenes she just stood there with no emotion , I get she was meant to look guilty but there's nothing from her

Couldn’t care less about Chas. Breast cancer is an important subject but the writers are just going to use this to make her the martyr after her affair storyline.

I really hope it doesn’t end with paddy wanting her back.

I did think they picked Chas to make her likeable after all of the storylines she’s recently had

Why does Chav have to get all of the storylines? There are plenty of other great female actresses who could’ve had this storyline. What about the men? Cain, Belle, Laurel, Amy, Vanessa (kill her off), Kerry (another who should kick the bucket), Jacob or Manpreet to name a few would’ve been a good choice for this storyline. Seeing how one of the doctors would handle the challenges of a life changing diagnosis would’ve been a good route to go down.

Because Chas is a writers favourite who none of the viewers can stand so they’re desperately trying to rectify that.

I agree. I think Manpreet has been a background character since the Meena storyline which was nearly two years ago. Even when Rishi died, she was rarely seen!
