I was wondering also.

Kerry used to be hilarious 🤣 I enjoyed her antics so much. Unless they're building to something there was no point bringing her back as she is

It's boring when only Kim Tate has money and owns everything.

Bring in someone to run the haulage company again. Jimmy and his one van can't bring in new characters.
And stop the Dingles dominating every episode.
Belle is boring.
Charity and Chas are on repeat.

When the Sharma family came, they had money and businesses.
When Rodney came he was into antique dealing and running a vineyard. He was successful.
When Nicola came back she had money.
All that was taken away. They've made them all broke with nothing interesting to do or say.

The writers should watch some old eps of Dallas and Dynasty and get some business rivalry going.

Needs new characters though.
If they insist on links to the past, bring back Steve Marchant and Carlos the chef. Make them rich and successful with families or staff that can tell us fresh stories.

One could buy the Sharma house.

If Lady Tara can't be reintroduced then put a new Aristo in her house.
Loads of possibilities.

But please, no more crap actors like Nate and Al!

Yessss ! Classic emmerdale was so much better (is !!) watching it feels like I'm watching a quaint little village with humour, scandal and a dash of real life.

The writers seem to forgot it's a small village in the country side surrounded by farms and stately home type manors etc ... these are not usually he places everyone is on the dole/thugs/constant dreg.

Why would there be a (successful?!!) b&b in a village that the pub was no good and it was just full of trash.

Maybe some story lines with school mums - they've Intruded characters that way before (Tess/Maya)

Maybe open a restaurant ? People do not generally go for a coffee / after drinks work at the local adventure park/activities centre.

They have vets doctor farmers what about some factory workers again like the sweet factory used to be.

Just some random baby night feed thoughts haha

I don’t know if she locked the windows as well

Its what a groomer would do isn't it? Honest to God I need to stop watching soaps I take on all the characters trauma anxiety and guilt. Im a nervous wreck.
 
So once again, Meena has overpowered a couple of full grown men? I'm assuming the limo driver was a man (sorry!) and Billy is obviously tied up somewhere (maybe in the boot!)
Quick Dawn, smash that bottle of bubbly (preferably against the window to see if you can break it - der!) and use it to shank Meena up!

I was wondering why Dawn was wearing ballet flats as part of her wedding outfit - I guess there will be a chase at some point otherwise dawn could have used her shoes to try and smash a window too!
 
I have confidence Dawn will bring Meena down.

I love Olivia's portrayal of Dawn. I also like Billy and how the actor portrays him.
Dean Andrews is a natural and realistic actor so I like these 3 characters as a family and I hope they stay in the show.

I'm worried that Meena has got a gun though.
I hope this doesn't end with Dawn fighting her for the gun and ending up getting killed.
 
Oh yeah, I forgot she had a gun this time! I guess you would probably submit to someone holding you at gunpoint!
It made me laugh how she had a rucksack with a change of clothes and make-up.
Did she have a bag with her when she went on the run or has she accumulated these things along the way? Wonder if she terrorized an old lady for her red lippy?
