Emma’s Rectangle #6 trout pout, desperate for tiktok clout, improve her form? Very much doubt

I can’t believe the amount of makeup she puts on her face before going to the gym? And she sweats it off and then puts on makeup again over it
Whenever she says she is doing not much make up, it’s a really full face. She should just realise no one cares about her in the gym anymore and she isn’t there to try and pick up a PT, just go and then get ready but I feel like she either doesn’t work hard enough to sweat or she doesn’t even shower when she gets back

I really feel like Emma’s a good example of someone who lost weight in a very unsustainable way. When she has lost weight it seems to be through a huge lifestyle overhaul and quite extreme habits all of a sudden. She looks like she’s probably gained a fair bit of weight back from her initial weight loss journey and I would argue this is why, she might have metabolic damage and quite an all or nothing mentality about a healthy lifestyle.

just to clarify this is NOT a body shaming post I think Emma looks great at all sizes but it’s more I think it’s reckless how public she made her methods for weight loss when evidently they were unsustainable and are unsustainable for most people.

I agree. I think the diet fads and everything she did when she started and initially lost the weight was unsustainable. She doesn’t show what she eats now and potentially it’s just as bad or worse, maybe she got criticised for it and that’s why she doesn’t show that anymore.

I do think her on and off tendencies with the gym is realistic, at least to me as I have adhd, I fall in and out of love with things all the time and go through phases. People comment on here a lot about how bad she is like form wise etc. and from looking at it it’s never been awful but her attitude towards it and knowledge on some areas is a bit shocking and unhealthy. Definitely not something that sets a great example for people wanted to get into fitness. I think she is starting to steer away from advising on fitness thank goodness
