Visceral fat is the most dangerous fat, it’s honestly scary that she doesn’t ‘self love’ herself enough to just think to change her lifestyle (not fat shaming before anyone comes for me, I weighed 20st 6 and I’ve had all this said to me by docs and sometimes truth hurts but it’s made me healthier for it at 17st 5 in 4 months)

Accurate. When I moved back to Ireland years ago. My cousin who was over weight, carried all her weight in the front. & she always did talk about how she loved her body and she was on a journey of self love. When I moved back, she lost a lot of weight (half a person) and I ask her what changed? She said that self is good, but it’s not really self love when it’s affecting my health. She said and I quote ‘how can I say I love myself, when my health still isn’t good?’ No truer words were ever spoken.
she has a good relationship with food now. She lives to eat, she doesn’t eat to live. She also, has her down days. But she always keeps herself accountable which is what I admire about her. No matter what shit mood that she’s in. She turns up for herself.

Emma is none of that, yeah sure she goes to the gym etc. but she’s not consistent. She doesn’t turn up for herself, unless she really has to. My cousin who use to be overweight, always tells me that Emma is pretty delusional and doesn’t know how to accountability for her own decisions. She makes excuses and then says ‘guys, I’m going on holiday cause i just really need it’ after coming back from holiday a month ago.

her new dresses aren’t special. I could get a dress like that from prime mark, her underwear sets??? 😂😂😂 bruh.. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

I honestly cant get over how much I dislike her style. The nails, the Vicky Pollard look, the faux South London accent. Also nothing worse than 'this is your sign to go on a solo trip' reel. Sadly Emma for most of us our lives are not fully funded by our parents. I do primarily solo travel but stay in hostels 90% of the time as it's very expensive to go away on your own, of course Queen Emma would never have to consider these things whilst the rest of the UK is going through a cost of living crisis.
