I imagine he cheated and maybe it was paid for. Can you blame him though

Not sticking up for her or anything coz she’s a crazy witch but could she be talking about her heart op? To me that would be pretty traumatic even if it was a simple op. Surely if it was something Gary did like cheat it’s not “traumatic” where your friends go quiet in shock as you’d be going through it with them already if they were good friends

I also took it as the heart op rather than it being about him but with her it could be either.
I do wonder why they stayed together so long. I'm no expert on Munchausens but I would imagine that it's based on attention seeking when you're at your lowest. It seems to have calmed down since they split. She's not complaining so much about her many illnesses 🙄 and not labelling Chester as much , unless I've missed them. Now she's replaced it with competing to be the best parent.

Have posted re this before- I know someone like Emma who used to constantly post attention seeking drivel about her grief and trauma and how her young child was seeing a grief counsellor due to a family member (they’d have barely remembered due to their age) dying etc etc and when she inevitably split with her husband all the attention seeking posting stopped and then all of the digs and quotes started about how she was always a solo parent because the dad never done anything/ how she can’t imagine being so selfish and not putting her kids first etc it was almost as if she realised her behaviour had a part to play in the marriage ending and was then trying to drag his name. There’s so many similarities between her and Emma- frightening there’s more than one of them out there 🙈
 
I think it’s because they have to have it harder than anyone else.
Poor Emma wasn’t dealing with normal tantrums of a spoiled child- Nnnoooo Emma was dealing with Autistic meltdowns. Let’s all praise Emma, who had things harder than us and think about all she does for Chester!
Now it’s swapped to Poor Emma who does 100% of the parenting alone so we still have to praise her for doing more than anyone else!
Same exact result just a different origin story.
