Talk about 0 effort on Instagram she said today she was "taking today off for her self" take a day off from what she never uploads on time or just doesnt bother at all her videos have 0 effort who wants to watch a video of somebody posing and taking pictures ? And the 700th what I eat in a day, she literally made everything she had made in a previous one, what's the point in that!
 
Does anyone here actually like to see Emma’s baking or what I eat in a day stuff?
I just wanna watch makeup and weekly vlogs. Would love for her to Marie Kondo her entire house and upload that too, lol.

iDK. I guess I’m just really disconnected from the majority of her audience. I don’t see her making it big as strictly a fitness YouTuber though. It sort of feels like she’s trying to please two audiences at once (while totally preferring her fitness audience), and it’s not working. I have no interest in watching someone bake a cake. Especially when it’s not even their recipe 🥴

Nope and I probably won’t watch it. I still like Emma but I followed her for decor and renovation vlogs. And they seem to have all but disappeared

I only ever watched her vlogs and I've unsubscribed now. I'm not interested in her other content because it's usually pretty boring. I actually like what I eat in a day videos but hers are all stewed apples and my protein snacks!
 
I’m so confused, I was just searching travel vlogs and Emma’s Peru one popped up but I realised she posted it in September?! And the one before that in April?! And she said there’s still 2 more parts to put out? Surely it doesn’t take a year to edit?

I was thinking about this earlier!! I really liked her travel vlogs I really wish she’d edit and upload the Asia ones :(
 
The first lockdown would have been a perfect time to get them out, her editing isn’t really fancy either, so why it takes so long I don’t know, she could easily set up a good schedule for 2 videos a week and alternate between the travel vlog and a beauty sit down video....... but again that’s commitment
 
I think she just has all these grand plans then just can’t be bothered to follow through. First it was the renovation vlogs, and they never really took off, and then the travel vlogs which never really materialised. I’m honestly so over it now, she just wants to put out videos that are quick and easy to film now

Also good for you for unfollowing cause of anxiety. She’s certainly a very triggering person.

How bloody lazy is this work? I'm assuming Look Fantastic OKd this, and why wouldn't they? It's pretty inoffensive. But my god this is her job so why not put some effort into it? The influencing industry is shady, but I follow some super transparent influencers who will openly discuss the work that goes into partnerships with brands and I just think it's soooo evident Emma doesn't really think of it as a job. It's a means to make money so she can fart around counting lipsticks all day.

Why? It’s just her trying to make “money” another way, if she wants to feel guilty about shilling affiliate links let her, maybe she made enough money from it so deleted the stories, influences deserve to be held accountable for being modern day scammers
 
I dunno.. I guess because me voicing opinions here is one thing, me voicing opinions and having the person I'm referring to see them is another, and then me voicing, them seeing and then reacting to that in a way that indicates what is said about them matters to them is a whole other thing.

Does that make sense?

Like I'll trash talk public people on the basis they don't see/or if they do, they don't care because that's all I ever mean by saying half the tit I say on here. It's vapid and if someone is genuinely taking to heart what I say, then I feel a bit bad about it.

Completely not in the spirit of Tattle, and it's not a big deal.. I'm just explaining why haha
 
Influencers shouldn’t read their own tattle page unless they’re prepared to be hurt by what they read. On here, they’re fair game - they make money from their audiences so their audiences have a right to an opinion, BUT I think it’s important that there’s a separate space for those opinions - like this forum. I don’t think commenting on their videos, Instagram posts, sending DMs etc is right cause then you’re entering their “space” and it can be seen as hate.

All this to say, don’t feel guilt. If she wants to read, she can read and she can act upon it or ignore it. Her decision.
 
I guess it just makes me feel a bit sorry for Emma in particular because she seems like a lost kid who doesn't really know what she's doing. So to think that she's lost enough (and lacking in confidence enough) to look to Tattle for advice on how she should be running things is just a bit sad imo.

BUT I'm over it haha. Resume business as usual
