Never in a million years. I might post snippets of the garden but never the whole damn thing. And as for it being a unique dwelling? Well, she might as well attach a neon sign to the roof saying 'Emma Lives Here'. Sheer stupidity on her behalf. She is asking for trouble.

She’s no Zalfie. But yeah, wouldn’t be hard at all to drive round those areas and spot that house

Says she was quoted £3500 for someone to pack for her. If she spent less time moaning about packing and actually packing it wouldn’t have taken long

I personally don't think anyone would want to knock on her door but some people get so obsessed...she could also have a following in the BBW community. Who knows? Or those foot fetish people she sells her smelly old shoes to!

I think it was a really stupid move, never in a million years would I do that... especially if I had a large following and it was a recognisable property. The mind actually boggles as to why she has done it...I can only assume for attention? I mentioned earlier in this thread about burglars....if she goes to a blogging event or away to Florida again, she will have to keep it hush-hush as her home insurance would presumably be invalidated? You'd think as a financial blogger she would know these things. Too late now though, it's out there.

She’s getting salty because Kendall Jenner didn’t declare ad properly for Fyre Festival ( which would have been about two years ago.

You just concentrate on doing your own disclosure Emma, Kendall is American so different rules, and everyone who promoted that festival without disclosing have already been over hot coals over it.

These youtubers who are so sour about having to disclose now are honestly driving me mad
 
I really don’t understand her - she claims to make all this money yet she rents (no problem with that) but surely if you’re raking it in you’d own. And how they always get fat comments, now I’m not a fat shamer, but you have diabetes AND still eat all that tit? The mind boggles. According to this article she makes 100k a year?? To get a mortgage you need so many years company finances. So even if you were bringing in 100k a year you couldn’t get one until you filed a couple of years worth of finances.

I saw on her blog that she spent 20k on the blog last year, freelancers etc? Is she paying people to write articles, I don’t see what on that blog would cost £20k a year....

^^ this entirely. I think you need at least 2 - 3 years of bookwork to prove that you have an income. I’m surprised how she got a house approved to rent so quickly, unless it’s privately rented. Here (Nottingham) where we rented previously, we had to show proof of our work and payslips.

I am utterly clueless. I find the blog a little overloaded.

She's probably fronted 6 months rent upfront or something along those lines - I've had to do that in the past when self employed

I was under the impression she was buying the chapel not renting it? I did see her say she was going to sell the rental property the other day, the one her parents helped out with the deposit for...
