Where is the evidence of her limiting journeys?? So the food shop and all the other shops with the things she did and didn't impulse buy came to her did they? Not limiting journeys when it comes to herself but is when it's about her Dad.

The whole “aim to be better not perfect” thing is just an excuse for Emma to keep doing what she wants without having to admit she’s failing AGAIN! For others it’s a very viable way of thinking but Emma doesn’t need any more excuses to not carry out the things she intends to - be it eating less, moving more, spending less, or whatever other random goals she sets herself - she just needs to get on and do it!
