I think its more that she's posting about it but not acknowledging that she's there. She's always posting that she's out and about staying different places while she's there. Why is she not mentioning that she's on a cruise?

Yes exactly that. It is so weird. She made such a big song and dance about cancelling a few months ago too.

I suspect she’s not admitting it because of the fuss she made about cancelling the UK cruises for her and also the inlaws because they could ‘t get off the ship independently and had to take organised tours which they had to pay for. I am guessing the cruise company offered them an alternative….and she’s probably keeping quiet because she mentioned she was going to pay to have the cysts removed instead - or words to that effect.
