Completely agree! She’s such an attention seeker who spends more time and effort (and money) on rewarding herself for the tiniest things than on anything else.
I’ve been really unwell for the past few weeks - stuck in bed for a whole week, the next week I was in bed till about 4pm when I could manage to get up for a couple hours and just sit on the settee, the next week I was in bed till about 10/11am and the last week has been a bit more normal but I’m still nowhere near right. Did I treat myself to anything to make me feel better, even at the height of being unwell? Water, rest, antibiotics and healthy food to help my body recover. Not sweets, takeaways, Costas, crap tat off the internet, nope. The biggest reward/treat was finally being able to take my son out to the park (albeit with my husband too as I couldn’t physically manage it on my own and spent the whole time on a park bench!). The only things I actually spent money on to help me get through being unwell was a couple of ebooks for my kindle.
You can be unwell and not spend money or need treats Emma, it is physically possible!
