I don’t believe she has been updating in real time, think she took the pics and then has captioned them/ lined them up to pre post or something. I had 2x natural births (one with the hormone drip) and at no point did I have the time or inclination to post a long winded caption to a load of strangers on the internet!
What I do agree on though is that it’s bleeping odd!
