Well she has the Dior pair which she probably bought just because they are Dior but frankly they are not the prettiest. She also has the Matalan ones which she is paid to show and wear
 
Oh gawd how I’ve only just discovered that she’s a friend of the insufferable wannabe WAG Kerry Whelpdale!! Also she’s doing an Ad for kids uniform but isn’t her eldest starting secondary school in Sep…no secondary school in this area (I live in the same area) allows shorts! I wish these instahuns would just be honest about advertising products instead of building a story around it. It’s so cringe worthy- her mate Kerry is the worst one for doing this!

Noticed the same with fraser and he wouldn’t be able to wear the sports wear either.
It’s an actual joke, earns way more than us yet free holiday and free uniform 🙄
 
All of the above, but also, 3 identical school bags. Is she insane? Recipe for disaster with the kids going off with the wrong one.
Her eldest is going to get ribbed something crazy with a pencil case with his initial on it and stick on name labels at secondary!
Also, imagine you're live being so empty getting the back to school stuff ready is something you get excited about. For most of us it's an absolute chore, and an expensive one!
 
Arg that latest reel 😩😩. Frazer is going into HIGH school. What is she thinking?? Of course kids at his school will watch it. Mum doing your initialised pencil case? How can she not see that??

I Rekon he’s actually a really good kid, i imagine though any kid that’s grown up online and is filmed constantly by your parents has a different take on your self worth etc.

She won’t use the bags for school, she’s just done it for the AD. Fraser won’t be using any of the school uniform either as he is at secondary school and most of them don’t allow shorts etc. It all about just making money for herself.
Her Ads recently opened my eyes with her and that she’s not genuine with them anymore, the recent hello fresh ad I noticed when she was making the prawn linguine that Jackson just had plain pasta on his plate. Why don’t she just admit he doesn’t like it so he was having something different…..I know why, cos she’s fake and her channel and insta are basically a QVC channel.
It also really pisses me off that she earns thousands yet she’s on a free holiday, whilst getting free uniform.
I’m off shopping today with my kids and I’m going to be buying my kids their uniform with my own money and they dont have to smile at the camera for it!

No way will Fraser being using that stuff going to secondary school. All for ads, all for clicks, all for more cash for the mansion.
 
And she is currently on a cruise so it’s not even in real time - all prerecords (I get they need to be filmed and approved which impacts on timings and it probably needs to be released now when parents are thinking about buying uniform) BUT like everything with Emily it is all fake and she’s only in it for the ££££
 
Emily’s content always did well because her life was always really desirable. When she was in the Essex home it was still almost attainable and relatable for most. Plus timing was on her side. We’ve gone through so much as a society in the last 2 years and now in a cost for living crisis I don’t think people want to go on social media anymore and watch other people “live their best life” - she needs to pivot her content really to still work. Like I don’t want to see your cruise in depth when I’m literally just getting through the summer holidays and feeling guilty 😂😂
 
I’ve never posted on this thread, I’ve followed Emily for a number of years, after I found her instagram through a YouTube blog on how to pack a hospital bag when having a baby 😄
Anyway, I never really minded her but just lately she has become so insufferable. The posts on the cruise are so braggy. Surely she cannot enjoy half the stuff they do as a family, it’s not stuff they’re choosing to do, it’s stuff they’re being paid to do! It’s so fake and I don’t know how anyone can’t see right through this crap.

Same. She used to make me feel motivated to clean and had tips and tricks I thought were helpful to stay organised. She had this life that felt attainable, a normal family in a normal house that's maybe a bit too small for them, with ideas to keep the mess under control and little ideas to do with your kids, and that's what I loved, because it's the same as me, the same as many of us!

I love the new house so far, I question what's so special about a field as a view, and I agree the kitchen may date quickly, but that pantry and upstairs utility etc, all lovely, all so perfect and there's just nothing me and me 3 bed semi with a galley kitchen can relate to anymore. Everything is too perfect, too clean, too fake and in the case of the Dior sandals and the extortionate renovation it's just too much! A billion holidays, so many expensive days out, there's just so little for me to think 'oh that's a good idea!' to anymore.

Shes going to be in for a shock as her eldest travels through Year 7. The initialled pencil case will be jettisoned out of the window on day 2! All will be stashed in his blazer pocket 😅 How will she cope!!

I feel you 100%. So many people I know having their covid delayed holidays of a lifetime and I’m here trying to juggle the kids and pay for lunch. The disparity in this country is shocking and social media is making me feel suffocated by expectation and guilt. I don’t even follow the worst of these influencers so I can’t imagine how others who are sucked into these monsters must feel 😢
