Looking absolutely unhealthy in ski outfits that usually make you look bigger... 😐

yup what a joke taking idiot Freddy and Canham on a skiing trip when both don't ski .... 🤷‍♀️
At least Freddy gave it a good go, and seemed to gained something from the experience, It seems like other than spending half a day on the slopes the first day, Emily has just stayed in the chalet, only coming out for staged photos. I wouldn’t mind, but the uptight princess didn’t even get involved in the evening shenanigans either. She was so dull she made Freddy and Josie, look almost hedonistic!

She was naturally thin before all this in 2018/19. She’s very clearly had an eating disorder since the pandemic. There’s nothing “natural” about it. I don’t like her as a person, but I do feel sorry for her. I fully expect to log on to the daily mail some day and see something awful has happened to her if she keeps going this way.

Sometimes people who are naturally thin can develop eating disorders, because they’ve been complimented on it over the years so they end up getting validation from it - and then when their bodies start to change going from young adult to more of a ‘womanly’ figure in their late twenties (because the body is preparing for carrying children) it can freak them out because they’ve unknowingly attached a huge amount of their self worth to being petite and that self worth is being taken away. Obviously they can be caused by so many different factors but I wonder if that was part of it for her… all those videos years ago about stuff like ‘trying on this clothing brand size 4 vs 14’ or whatever it was! Being thin was part of her brand and she might equate gaining weight with losing a part of what supposedly gave her success.

I think this would make a lot of sense. It’s probably not just one thing that contributed to it, but she used to have an obsession with fitting into children’s clothes, so I could easily see how outgrowing that which was concerning anyway made her more determined to get smaller and smaller to keep fitting into tiny clothes as she got older. It’s very sad. I hope anyone reading this who is also suffering knows that there is help out there and asking for help is the brave thing❤️

Judging by Em Sheldon's new vlog, Emily didn't join in on basically anything. I get not going on the big hills because she literally can't ski but she didn't go in the hot tub, the other three went to the spa and she didn't join... she probs sat in her room with a face like a smacked arse.

what's the point of even going? obviously can't pass up a free trip.
