It’s obsessive on her part. Everytime she goes even on holiday, she packs a medicine ball, and always needs to get a walk in. Walking is obvs good for you, but idk, the way she obsesses over it makes me uncomfortable. Like when she was awake for 24 hours after a delayed flight and still made herself work out and go on a long walk…

Maybe she has OCD, it would explain a lot of her behaviour

Agreed its a lot, but then I thought maybe she is going to be doing 'admin' (shopping, scrolling socials) while on her treadmill, a bit like walking pads under desks for office workers. That's the only way I think she could fit it in amoung her work out classes etc.

I wonder why she doesn't swim, better for her arthritis of she still needs a workout so badly.

I think she does duck all except shop and excercise tbh. If you watch her content closely you can tell everything is filmed very much back to back which she then pushes out over the course of a month+. Then the rest of the month she won’t film and just go MIA again. She could be a heavy drug user for all we know lol
 
All this girl does is yap yap yap about her appearance. Her nails, her hair, her new clothes, her tailored clothes. Her long ass walks so she can stay skinny. There’s nothing else to her. Once you notice it you can’t unnotice it. She’s so vapid and so in love with herself.

You can tell she never entertains cos she still only has two barstools. People have to stand up and eat at hers. Also, you’d think someone designing their dream home would include a cloakroom for coats and jackets. Hanging them on the door of your drawing room isn’t very bougie, Em.

She’s got the least inviting home. Weirdly positioned sofa and the only other place people can sit is on the island all facing one way. You can tell she has no friends. It’s actually embarrassing how badly she’s designed that house

She’s got a whole guest room but put a single sofa (bed) chair in there 🤣 she’s honestly deranged?? Make it make sense? What does she need a whole empty room for to then have guests sleeping all over the house on different sofas
 
Apologies if this has already been brought up.

Anyone watch Em Sheldon's LA vlog ... 2 things were quite noticeable.
Em and Emily eating at In and Out. Em is quite food obsessed. She is the direct opposite of Emily where Emily avoids food, Em obsesses about eating. She ordered quite a bit of food and was literally gorging on it.
Emily looked quite disgusted at all the food. Even with the camera on them, she could not hold back her disgust. Even just looking at the food.
Emily was filmed holding a huge burger, only about 2 small bites taken, and that was it.
No eating on camera (which I don't mind), so it may not have even been her burger and she was just holding it for the camera, an act as if she was actually eating.
But her reaction to food - when she is not acting for her own vlogs - is very telling, and worrying.

Secondly, a few youngsters (boys) came over to talk to them, Emily was so rude. They were quite sweet, not at all forward, joking and playing up to Em's camera. Emily was so snotty to them. Didn't even crack a smile at them. Whoever said she is asexual ... hmmm, 100% on the head. She thinks she's being "mysterious" :rolleyes: 🤭 Nope, girl, you're just a dick.

The madness that she got rid of (sold) a double mattress to replace it with a (gifted) single-seater sofa bed...far to stingy to just buy a bed frame so that family and friends have somewhere comfortable to sleep 🙄
