Generally high in carbs though, I think she tries to stay in ketosis much of the time to maintain her low body fat. She gets her calories from things like eggs which are high in protein and 0% carbs.

First time I've checked out Em Sheldons channel, watched the shopping vlog. Think there may have been a bit of the vlog left in accidentally, a part where I heard "They wouldn't have gifted us would they" when Emshel was chatting to Emily after they left the Le Creuset store. At 50:13.
I know this is Emilys thread but I felt it was relevant haha. Actually enjoyed the vlog, I love seeing all the things I'll never be able to buy
