Yup, they were ‘besties’ (emphasis on the air quotes) before then although it didn’t seem quite as tragic on Emily’s part as she seemed to interact with other influencers way more back then

it does seem like she lost the vast majority of her friendships (superficial as they may have been) during the James period and now literally all that’s left is EmShel

Mistakes she’s made in her dream house so far:

- no kitchen cabinets
- weird two-tone kitchen and pointless “juice bar”?!
- no storage for products in the en-suite
- WOOD FLOORING in a bathroom
- clashing two-tone pinks in guest room

Also, just for the lols I noted some VERY relatable things she said below:

Found the house… she paid £1.2m for it… plus the cost of renovations. Insane. I’ve seen houses sold cheaper around the same time that were in a much better location and condition! There’s no pictures on Rightmove of it but it’s clear from street view that it is the house.

She’s bored. Living in that house alone, no one to talk with. That's why we get the boring vlogs, the stuff she talks about are things you talk to with friends, she vlogs just random boring shite, she never shuts up. It's not interesting or valuable content. Btw if you go onto Companies House, her earnings are listed on there.

Not considering she stripped it back to bare brick and started all over again. It was actually overpriced compared to similar properties in the area.

This was the planning application in 2021 which is probably why there was such a huge delay:
Erection of a rear roof extension to replace existing, including the installation of a door and a Juliette balcony; erection of a rear extension at second floor level, over part of the existing back addition; erection of a single storey rear extension; installation of 3no. rooflights to the front roofslope; replacement of 2no. windows to the side elevation of the existing back addition at first floor level.
