The only other people I've seen her meet up with are Josie, Freddie and Em Sheldon all in the same business. She doesn't have any other friends, just business colleagues

I think that her parents have tried to talk to her about this several times, which is why she was so desperate to move out and kept going on about how unsafe her environment was for her. Super unpopular opinion but I actually also think that James has said something to her which is why she’s so hesitant to move in with him full time.

Side note, does anybody remember James commenting on one of her posts from when she was deciding between the US and the UK and he was saying something about how much he wants her to move in with him? I can’t remember exactly what he said now but he doesn’t usually comment on her things and I thought that his comment made it pretty obvious that he actually does want her to move in with him, and she’s just undecided because she’d rather live alone and continue her unhealthy habits
 
I think her mum may have mentioned it to her, but ultimately her mum is an enabler and they seem to let Emily rule the roost a bit and do want she wants (how else do you think she needed up being such an entitled brat - her parents have a lot to answer for). I can see Emily being like well I’m growing up obvs I’m going to change, I eat loads of protein blah blah blah and that being the end of it.

I can see James noticing her body change but not speaking to her about it with any real concern. Probably just assumes, yeah, of course my girlfriend wants to be thin. Idk he just seems a bit stupid to me and not a real adult man…
 
Look who’s back in LA, after all that fuss about buying a new flat. I know she’s probably only visiting but still, she’s barely spent any time in that flat.
Also, I did some calculations on her latest reel… her new coat is £1,790, and both bags she used for luggage add up to around £2,500 … that’s over £4,000 right there. I hope this isn’t coming across as salty because I’m not trying to be and she can spend her money any way she wants, it’s just the way she shoves it in our faces when a lot of us are really struggling with money at the moment - it irritates me.

I know. It makes me feel rubbish too how much extravagant stuff influencers flaunt all the time for zero effort. They definitely do it on purpose. But one thing with Emily that makes me feel better is that she clearly is totally miserable despite all those expensive things. All her personality consists of now is buying designer things & being thin. Because she still doesn’t have a boyfriend that truly loves her or even wants to be around her most of the time. So she’s wasting her 20s on him. Still doesn’t ever seem content living anywhere. Doesn’t have any real friends or hobbies. So if that’s what it takes to have a load of expensive bags and clothes I wouldn’t want to trade with her!
