25 and 38 is a much more reasonable and believable (in terms of a genuine connection) age difference than 21 and 34. I think now I'd when she'll decide if he's the one for her. He already is pretty set on who he is, how wants his life to be and at 25 the brain/personality is formed. So, who is Emily going to be? Wannabe Chelsea gal with designer bags, groupie, kids TV presenter participating in food challenges, real estate mogul chomes under the hammer host or make up junkie?

He made a good investment there. beautiful location and guests get to stay in the beautiful bedrom Emily decked out in IKEA finest pieces beautifully framed by the plastic plants.

I also think this is the purpose of emily renovating that house now. It will later be rented out as a country house. This way she can have a constant income without having to be in the UK.

Similar multi-bedroom villas/houses can be found in welcome home and emily is concerned about details such as design deco and rent.

this is just the beginning of a series, very soon she will start using tons of skin care products (meanwhile advertising them), as well as using beauty appliances (microcurrent, radiation, LED etc. meanwhile advertising them) and privately participating in medical projects (chemical peeling, hyaluronic acid, face lifting and fat grafting etc.) She will definitely be beautiful again.

It isn’t a good financial investment to gut a home to make it into your “forever home” to rent out. She said how that home was gonna be her forever home and now she doesn’t even talk about it.

The money she is spending on that house is so insane - builders are like £250-300 a day in London, she’ll need several, then everything from electricians to plastering… not even including the materials, parts, then furniture…

Nope, methinks she wanted James and her to live there and now he’s not giving up LA for her she’s forced to live in flux but it’s ok, since she can pretend she is a jet-setting tiktok hot girl queen LA/London babe.

Cringe…. To be stuck in flux like that because of her weird older bf. Just lol. I might not be rich but I’d rather have my life than hers. She’s a lonely girl in many ways.
