True but Emily showed a story saying she was having lunch with someone called Lucy flight and another girl and tagged them… so she tags when she wants to! 🤷‍♀️ Then again I wouldn’t tag that was with Em Sheldon too embarrassing 🤣

apparently Em is doing some documentary on her home? I bet it’s another channel 5 special haha. She’s so desperate to be on tv. I couldn’t imagine anything worse than letting a tv crew in my private space. No thanks 🤮

Can't wait until she gets absolutely obliterated on Twitter for being a spoilt brat and watch her then seek out any negative comment about herself and reply passive aggressively embarrassing herself yet again.
 
My partner works in Tv. There are loads of databases full of people who want to be on tv for whatever reason that they will use to find contributors for programmes. I’d imagine that Em is on many as she is so desperate for any attention.

Also why would you advertise foundation by saying how good it looks post workout?! Most people don’t care as they will be washing their face and having a shower after their workout. She is so weird.
 
I sometimes don’t shower after exercising before cooking and eating dinner, but that’s just when I’m at home with my husband. I wouldn’t go out in public like that? And I definitely don’t work out wearing full makeup and don’t choose makeup based on how it would last when I sweat 🤷‍♀️ she is literally so gross with no awareness of personal hygiene.

Same here. If I go to the gym after work and get back late I’ll cook dinner straight away but shower afterwards. I wouldn’t ever go to the gym then go out without a shower! But I wouldnt put it past Sheldon. I think if used a spin bike at home then was going out to a nice restaurant I’d definitely be removing my makeup and doing it again but she literally is bragging it’s ok after working out?! So bizarre.

looks like she’s with emily canham at this free meal she’s having tonight. Another night another free meal….
 
What is that latest reel she has posted on Instagram! I literally said “wtf is that” out loud within the first few seconds. It’s so cringeworthy

edit: her skin looks quite clean on it, rather than her grubby, patchy self… are we thinking it’s a filter

edit edit: I just keep watching it and spotting more… I wouldn’t have guessed that’s a Zara haul - why does she somehow pick the cheapest looking items!?

Her facial expressions throughout the whole video are so odd. Why is she cocking her leg while she does her strange miming? 🤣 This is obviously why she had her tights on under her loungewear but why wear tights to film a video in your house anyway?
