I’ve never understood going to nyc to do workout classes, get your hair done and eat cookies. All can be done in London. Like she never actually does anything when there. I am wondering if Emily Canham is there and they are hiding it because Emily wants to be all mysterious about her stupid move to the USA.

Ms neither! It's like she's just in London rather than exploring a Christmas New York. But I think that's also a sign of her lack of hobbies/interests and things to go see. She's could be going to a Broadway Show or any one of many museums etc.
