I find them a very odd bunch. And if her mum is letting her plan, then I’m sorry but that’s also weird to let your adult child take on responsibility for your day.

I think it’ll be like when a 9 year old’s mum is getting remarried so to get the kid on board, they pretend that they can help out but really all they get to do is put sugared almonds in bags.

Who is she kidding saying she’s checking out a Bristol wedding venue for her mum who lives in Leeds. I know not everyone gets married close to home but surely they aren’t looking at every Mercure hotel across the whole country

Yes! I can’t imagine her mum wanting to have a wedding so far from Leeds. My fiancé is from up north and my family are from the south west I’m hoping we can have a wedding somewhere in between to save people travelling. Em is clearly making the wedding about her which is really rude!
