As per the BNF, you can start on 20mg and work your way up to 60mg if needed

this is what I was thinking when she said 16mg, I got put on 10mg and had to take two a day when they upped it to 20mg. Never heard of any mention of 16mg in my life and all my friends are mentally ill girlies who are also on the same meds

Omg I never usually comment on this thread but I wondered why fluxotine sounded so familiar, my cat got prescribed the 16mg ones last year (they didn’t actually work for him though ) although I think from what I remember we had to snap them in half and give him 8mg
