I like the part where she made it sound like it was a problem for all trans people in England specifically
literally just affects anyone who wants to live in the uk from a specific country that don’t have the same gender recognition checks as us.
you will still be able to move here, you will just have to apply for an additional certificate.
your not banned from the uk.
there’s obviously a valid reason behind it too.

they’re assholes, i know. but this i can’t see.

when i applied for a visa to live in another country, i had to go through medical tests.
x-rays, blood tests, reflexes, urine samples.
mainly because this certain country doesn’t want you to be moving to that country just to use the healthcare system.
please tell me how applying for a certificate is going to make you hard done by.
