All the struggles for online are completely self inflicted.

My mental health isn’t great right now and I’ve been in crisis for weeks, over medicating, not going out and speaking to the crisis team etc but trying so hard not to end up in A&E because my driving license is already on a shoogly peg. Anyway, was seeing my Cpn today and talking about tik tok and she’s like yeah I saw someone at the weekend just SH on live and create a bleeping drama. I’m like so you mean Elphaba and she is like yeah. Makes a mockery out of everything and as my cpn said makes it harder for those actually needing help to be seen and believed. I’m honestly at the point tik tok is really not helping me but until the likes or Elphaba here are de-platformed or CLA who thinks it is ok to tell everyone to go and bleeping die, I’ll not rest.

Health anxiety, is that what we are calling hyperchrondria now? Also if they had that they’d definitely have a regular go who they’d be seeing at least once a week with regular time wasting trips to A&E. arghhhh.
