She’s also planning to go out drinking, saying she may get the filler tonight so she’s allowed to drink now rather than have to be worried about 12/24 hour gap between drinking and fillers

either she’s lying or the guy is a bit shady for working so late?

Red flags all over the place. Not taking it seriously at all and the guy is questionable for even offering him it in the first place. Terrible advert for any business, especially the beauty and aesthetics industry.
