I'm mid 30s and genuinely it always catches up. Any of my friends who have done them consistently for the last 10 years look way older now. Stick to the fake tan.

Id have way more admiration for these leech-like "InFLlUeNcErS" that sell, #AD (When it suits them!), go to concerts/festivals and give the bare minmum.
