There is no way employers can force mandatory vaccines. It’s discriminatory to people with disabilities and flies in the face of the Equality Act 2010. Some people simply cannot have vaccines due to their own conditions. It’s also unlawful to ask a disabled person to prove their disability.

Similarly, I can imagine there will be lots of claims against business who adopt a blanket ‘no mask, no entry’ policy.

However, due to fact that there is no way of checking if people are disabled/ can wear a mask etc then it’s wide open to be taken advantage of.

There is a way around that, you say mask or pass. Yeah they can get fake passes like Laurence fox but they're making it harder now to access

They can’t force a disabled person to prove they are disabled. It’s a breach of the equality act as it’s discriminatory. There is no standard disability ID anyway. Maybe proof of being in receipt of a disability benefit would be a possible way ... but of course, many disabled people are incorrectly denied benefits.

The passes can be downloaded from gov.Uk by anyone.
Sunflower Lanyards (which used to be given to disabled people who need special assistance at airports) have been copied and are sold on eBay for £2. It’s an impossible situation unfortunately.

this is one of Kayleigh’s posts ....

They're talking of clamping down so its drs issue only. But a lot of those refusing to wear masks don't even have a fake pass

Aron has just posted a new video, actually unhinged. how anyone can think he is a good guy and how any woman want to go near him is beyond me. The guy is a simpleton, hopefully when he does something stupid it's just himself he takes out and not anyone else.
