Yeah that sure is interesting! Good for Katie though, I’m guessing she’s using her mum’s inheritance to purchase? Nice of Elle to help her out too.

Buying a house that young (20? 21?) is a huge step. I’m 26 and still not ready (emotionally 😂) to make that kind of commitment!

Yes I think it’s most likely with the inheritance which I think is really nice, and as you said, good for Katie. I hope Elle doesn’t try to capitalise on Katie’s happy moment by doing YouTube Videos of them house hunting, Katie moving in etc. Some things can be enjoyed in private!

I really, really hope they keep that as private as possible, I’m assuming Katie will be living alone & she is very vulnerable, tit heads can work out where people live with very little effort & Ellie has Con-man, Herbie Life & no doubt a state of the art security system to keep her safe, she should keep Katie’s home off social media completely.
 
I hope for Katie's sake they dont show the property she plans to buy or make it easy to find. Both Elle and Lucy have talked in the past about how Katie struggles with money and living alone she could more be vulnerable to targeted by weirdos. I hope Lucy and Elle have her best interests at heart, not exploiting her for their own monetary benefit
 
My brother has the same learning difficulty as Katie and he lives in 'supported accommodation'. A group of them live together in a house owned by the local authority and they have visits from a social worker/nurse every so often to make sure they're all well and managing living 'alone'. They also help him budget his disability allowance and wages from his part time job. Other than people keeping an eye on them though, they are all very independent.

We tried to make this process as normal as possible for him so he doesn't feel like we're patronising him. So he tells people he has his own place and lives with roommates. When we were in the process of moving him in to the accommodation, we always used the term 'house hunting'. I wonder would Katie be going to a similar set-up?

That set up sounds perfect for Katie. Although would the funding situation be an issue, i know somebody through mutual friends who required supported living set up but due to receiving a pay out, they struggled to meet the criteria
 
Okay so, Upon talking to some friends who were with me at the bar, apparently Con was with one other guy before I arrived there - but this bar in particular has a very niche crowd of mostly teens / very early 20s max - & lots of underage people (common here but still, he stood out as he’s massive and you can tell he loves himself a bit)

He looked so out of place there which is why he stood out as being on his own, there’s a one way system in most places currently so kept seeing him just walking though alone! Haha, but yes I he had one friend with him apparently 🥴
 
Also to add to the house hunting thing - most people around here know exactly where Lucy lives (where Elle used to live) and now where Elle currently lives, they’re big new build estates in a fairly small town which is known for being a bit of a shithole , if she does show Katie’s new home I’d be worried that people would go there or something

also coming from Bath I’ve seen them in town a lot, she’s almost 100% not a size 8 or XS. I’m 5’4 and significantly thinner than her in person - she’s not overweight by any means but is definitely exaggerating how small she is which is so dangerous for her young following. this kind of behaviour from ‘influencers’ that young people look up to is so irresponsible

Wonder if he reads here and decided to mention he was with "the lads" *PLURAL* as someone said he was with one other person but looked to be alone most of the time
